General Policy Information
General Policy
When providing a service in a customer's personal home- at the time of service, the space is considered a home and a work place for the service provider and client. This means that the work space must be safe, functional, and free of potential hazards for everyones safety. This includes, but is not limited to, sharp objects, bio-hazardous materials, pets and small children.
The service provider has the right to refuse or discontinue any service at any point if the environment becomes unsafe.
This can include hostility beyond reason, physical danger, the work setting is non-functional; such as but not limited to, gas leaks, no running water, unsanitary conditions.
When a client makes an appointment they agree that the place of work meets these requirements. If the the service provider arrives to the appointment and can not provide the service due to an issue in the work space, the client is still required to pay for their requested service in full, including travel cost.
Cancelation Policy
If the client needs to cancel their appointment, it is required that they notify their service provider (Mandy) 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancelation fee. The way to contact Mandy is at 480-707-8504. If the client is needing to cancel later than 48 hours of the scheduled service, they are still required to pay for the agreed upon service in full.
How it works
When your service provider arrives:
- Products are provided by the stylist to complete the requested services.
- The spaces that this service can be provided in are, kitchens, bedrooms, hospital suites and general living spaces. Services can not be provided outside, in garages, or bathrooms for safety reasons. Your service provider is driven by efficiency and the delivery of high quality results; to achieve this, a functional space such a the ones listed above are required.
What do you need to do to prepare for an in-home service?
Nothing is needed ahead of time when preparing for an in home service. It is preferred that you wait until your service provider arrives so that you can organize the space together. Your stylist will need access to outlets, running water, adequate lighting, 2-3 hand towels depending on the service and a chair that at its tallest point, does not exceed the mid back of the client.
